What to know about Chainlink and Monero
Chainlink (LINK)
Chainlink (LINK) is a decentralized oracle network founded by Sergey Nazarov and Steve Ellis; the token launched in 2017. Oracles deliver real-world data, such as asset prices, to smart contracts.
Sending and receiving LINK
LINK is a token on Ethereum (ERC20-compatible) and is also bridged to other networks. Check the network before sending and keep ETH or the relevant native coin for fees.
Monero (XMR)
Monero (XMR) is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency launched in April 2014 as a fork of Bytecoin, built on the CryptoNote protocol. It is developed by an open community without a company or pre-mine behind it.
How Monero works
Every transaction hides its details by default: ring signatures mix the real sender with decoys, stealth addresses create a one-time destination for each payment, and RingCT hides the amount. Mining uses the RandomX algorithm, designed for ordinary processors, with a new block about every 2 minutes. After the main emission ended, a small permanent reward of 0.6 XMR per block keeps miners paid.
How to exchange Chainlink to Monero

- Enter your XMR wallet address on the Monero network and your contact details.
- Send exactly the specified amount of LINK on the Chainlink network to the details shown in the order.
- Once the transfer is confirmed, Monero is sent to your address. You can track the order on its status page.
What to check before exchanging LINK to XMR
- The recipient address must be on the Monero network: funds sent on another network may be lost.
- The amount sent must be at least 630 LINK.
- Copy the whole address and check the first and last characters after pasting.
- Funds go through an AML check; high-risk transfers may be held until the check is complete.
