Step 1: Choose the Exchange Pair
On the main page of our CrystalTrade service, in the exchange creation block, sеlect the pair you want to exchange. In the “You Send” field, choose the currency you want to exchange. In the “You Receive” field, sеlect the currency you want to receive.
Step 2: Enter Exchange Details
On the next step, review the exchange information, enter the exchange amount, destination address, memo (if necessary), and email. Familiarize yourself with the supported wallet formats and the minimum deposit. Note that the email must be valid. This is important because changes to the application details and any other manipulations with the application data will be resolved through the email specified in the application. Check the correctness of the entered information and click “Exchange”. Carefully read the documents “Terms of Exchange” and “AML/KYC Policy”. If you agree with them, check the appropriate boxes. Then, be sure to recheck all the data you entered and click “Create Order”.
Step 3: Deposit
Your request has been created. Note the request indicator assigned to you. This is important for contacting technical support in case of any issues. Clicking “Proceed to Payment” will display the wallet address. Send the cryptocurrency you want to exchange to this address. The provided address will be reserved for this request for 60 minutes. You must send the funds before this time expires. After 60 minutes, the address will be released from reserve, and the request will be reset. If you send funds after this time has passed, contact our technical support to resolve the issue. Under no circumstances should you resend your funds to an address received within one request.
Step 4: Exchange Process
As soon as the systеm receives your cryptocurrency, it will automatically exchange it using the liquidity of cryptocurrency exchanges and instantly send it to the destination address you specified. Since all exchanges are conducted according to the order book, our service does not fix the exchange rate. The service calculator shows the expected rate. Please note that requests are processed automatically and only on our service’s website. If the exchange is performed at a floating rate, it can only be recalculated towards a decrease in the “Receive” amount. The approximate exchange time is 10-30 minutes, but in some cases, due to network congestion, the exchange may take longer.
Step 5: Exchange Completed
