How to move coins from Bitcoin to Ethereum

Before you bridge to Ethereum
- The receiving address must be on the Ethereum network (0x…).
- Addresses on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain and Polygon look the same (0x…): make sure the wallet shows Ethereum as the network.
- Send coins over Bitcoin only — a transfer over another network will not reach the order.
