How it works

On the main page of our CrystalTrade service, in the exchange creation block, sеlect the pair you want to exchange. In the “You Send” field, choose the currency you wish to exchange. In the “You Receive” field, sеlect the currency you want to receive.

In the next step, review the exchange information, enter the exchange amount, destination address, memo (if necessary), and email. Review the supported wallet formats and minimum deposit. Note that the email must be valid. This is important, as changes to the details in the request and any other data changes will be addressed through the email provided in the request. Verify the accuracy of the information entered and click “Exchange.” Carefully read the “Exchange Terms” and “AML/KYC Policy” documents. If you agree with them, check the appropriate boxes. Then, double-check all the data you entered and click “Create Request.”

Your request has been created. Pay attention to the request indicator assigned to you. This is important because this indicator is needed to contact technical support if any issues arise. By clicking “Proceed to Payment,” you will see the wallet address. Send the cryptocurrency you want to exchange to this address. The provided address will be reserved for this request for 60 minutes. You need to send the funds before this time expires. After 60 minutes, the address will be released, and the request will be canceled. If you sent funds after this time, please contact our technical support to resolve the issue. Do not resend funds to the address received within the same request.

As soon as the systеm receives your cryptocurrency, it will automatically exchange it using the liquidity of cryptocurrency exchanges and instantly send it to the destination address you specified. Since all exchanges are done based on the order book, our service does not lock in the exchange rate. The expected rate is shown in the service calculator. Please note that requests are processed automatically and only on our website. The approximate exchange time is 10-30 minutes, but in some cases, due to network load, the exchange may take longer.

If a floating rate is present in the exchange direction, it is recalculated only in the direction of lowering the “Receive” amount.
