After that, send the required amount of cryptocurrency to the address generated by the systеm. As soon as the blockchain network confirms your transaction, the exchange will be completed, and the received cryptocurrency will be sent to the address you specified.
How much time is given to send funds for a created order?
After creating an order, you are given a limited time to send funds. The address to which you need to transfer cryptocurrency is reserved for approximately 60 minutes. Within this hour, you must send the specified amount, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled. If for some reason you sent the funds later than the allotted time, contact our support — we will try to help and manually process such a situation.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported on the platform?
CrystalTrade supports a wide range of popular and new cryptocurrencies. Major coins are available for exchange, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Binance Coin (BNB), Ripple (XRP), Monero (XMR), and many others. Please note that some coins may be available on different networks (for example, we have USDT both on the TRC20 network and ERC20) — available networks depend on the exchange pair you choose.
Can I exchange cryptocurrency for fiat money (bank card, etc.)?
Yes, on CrystalTrade you can exchange cryptocurrency not only for another cryptocurrency, but also for fiat money. We support withdrawals to bank cards and accounts in various currencies, as well as some electronic payment systems. For example, you can exchange cryptocurrency for dollars or euros with crediting to a bank card, perform an exchange to Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) with withdrawal to a bank card, or receive funds via PayPal or a bank transfer — depending on the available directions. Is there an exchange fee on CrystalTrade?
We do not charge users hidden exchange fees — all possible costs are already included in the displayed exchange rate. You see in advance how much cryptocurrency you will receive as a result of the transaction, and this amount is final provided timely payment. What is the minimum and maximum exchange amount?
The minimum exchange amount depends on the selected cryptocurrency and is indicated at the order creation stage. As a rule, the minimum threshold is the equivalent of about 20 USDT (or an equivalent amount in another currency) — orders for a smaller amount are not accepted by the systеm. The maximum amount for one operation is practically limited only by the current reserve for the selected direction. At the moment, through our platform you can exchange up to approximately 600,000 USDT (or the equivalent in another currency) within a single order. If you need to exchange an amount exceeding the available reserve, you can always contact support to discuss the possibility of conducting a large transaction.
Is registration required to exchange cryptocurrency?
No, to make a one-time exchange on CrystalTrade, registration is not required. You can start using the service immediately: choose an exchange direction and complete a transaction without creating an account. However, registered users have additional advantages. For example, when you register, cashback on exchanges and other loyalty bonuses become available to you. Therefore, if you plan to exchange cryptocurrency regularly, it makes sense to create an account to accumulate cashback and use other privileges.
Do I need to pass verification (KYC) to exchange?
In the vast majority of cases, no identity verification is required to exchange on CrystalTrade. Our service does not require KYC procedures — you can exchange cryptocurrency anonymously, without uploading documents and disclosing personal data. How long does an exchange take?
As a rule, exchanging cryptocurrency through our service takes just a few minutes. After you send funds and the blockchain network confirms the transaction, it usually takes about 5–15 minutes for us to complete the exchange and transfer the received currency to you. The time may vary depending on network load, the selected coin, and the number of required network confirmations. Is a fixed or floating rate used for exchanges?
CrystalTrade offers two options for exchanging at a rate. The first is a floating rate, which is tied to the real-time market rate of cryptocurrencies. With a floating rate, the final amount to be received is not fixed at the moment the order is created and may change slightly if, during the exchange, the cryptocurrency price drops significantly (in case of a price increase, recalculation usually does not occur). The second option is a fixed rate, where the amount to be received is fixed immediately at the moment the order is created. You know in advance the exact amount of cryptocurrency you will receive, and even if the market fluctuates, you will receive exactly the agreed amount.
How many network confirmations are needed for an exchange?
To complete the exchange, the transaction must receive a certain number of confirmations in the blockchain, which depends on the type of cryptocurrency. For example, for Bitcoin (BTC) it is necessary to receive 2 network confirmations before we can send you the equivalent amount. For Ethereum (ETH), it usually requires about 12 confirmations, for Litecoin — 4 confirmations, for Monero — 10, etc. The specific number of confirmations for each currency can be found on our website (in the network confirmation information section) or from the support service. Keep in mind that the speed of confirmations depends on network load — sometimes it is a few minutes, and sometimes it may take more time.
I sent cryptocurrency but received nothing in return — what should I do?
If you have already transferred your coins to the specified address but the exchanged cryptocurrency has not yet arrived, don’t worry. Most often, this means that your transaction has not yet received all the necessary confirmations in the blockchain. The exchange will be completed automatically as soon as the network confirms the receipt of funds. Make sure you entered the receiving address and tag/memo correctly (if required), and also check the status of the sent transaction on the blockchain. If confirmations are already present but the funds still have not arrived, please contact our support immediately — we will promptly check the order and help resolve the issue.
What should I do if the exchange is stuck and not being processed?
In rare cases, exchange processing may be delayed longer than usual. If it seems that your order is “stuck” and the exchange result does not arrive for an excessively long time, it is best to contact our support. Our operators work around the clock and will check the status of your transaction. The exchange may be delayed due to temporary network congestion or a transaction queue, and it may simply need a little more time. But if an error occurred, we will definitely determine the cause and do everything to successfully complete your exchange.
I sent less cryptocurrency than specified in the order — what should I do?
If you transferred an amount less than what you originally specified when creating the order, your transaction will still be processed. Our systеm will automatically recalculate the final amount you will receive proportionally to the actual amount of funds sent. You don’t need to do anything — the exchange will complete, you will simply receive a bit less based on the underpaid amount. In the future, try to enter the exact amount specified in the order so the exchange goes smoothly and you get the expected result.
I was late and sent funds after the order time expired — what should I do?
If you made a cryptocurrency transfer after the allotted time for paying the order had expired (for example, an hour after the order was created), the exchange may not have been executed automatically. In such a situation, contact our support service as soon as possible. Provide the operator with your order number (ID) and transaction details (amount, currency, and time sent). The CrystalTrade team will try to locate your late payment and manually complete the exchange or return your funds. In the future, we recommend trying to send coins within the specified time window to avoid such difficulties.
Can I cancel an exchange (cancel an order)?
If you created an order but have not sent cryptocurrency for it, then in fact the exchange can be considered canceled automatically — you just need to not make the payment. An unpaid order will close on its own after some time, and you can create a new one if needed. No special cancel button is required. However, if you have already sent funds for the order and suddenly decided to cancel the exchange, the situation becomes more complicated. In such cases, you need to urgently contact our support. We will see at what stage your exchange is, and if your transfer has already arrived, we will try to help with cancellation and a refund. But keep in mind that if the exchange has already been completed (or is close to completion), it may be impossible to cancel it.
Can I change the address or other details after creating an order?
Unfortunately, after an order is created, it is no longer possible to change the entered details (receiving address, amount, currency, etc.). This is done for security: the systеm locks the exchange details at the moment the order is created and does not allow them to be edited to prevent abuse. If you обнаружили an error in the address or other data, the best solution is not to pay this order and simply create a new one with the correct details (and leave the old one inactive — it will later be canceled automatically). Always carefully check all details before confirming an exchange so problems do not arise.
I entered an incorrect receiving address — what should I do?
If an incorrect destination address was mistakenly specified in the order and the exchange has already taken place, then the cryptocurrency sent to you went to the specified address. Unfortunately, such transactions are irreversible: it is nearly impossible to return coins sent to someone else’s or an incorrect address. In this case, contact our support immediately — we will check the payout status, but the chances of recovering the funds are low, especially if the address belongs to someone else. In the future, be very careful when entering your wallet address: even one incorrect letter or digit can lead to a loss of funds, and such mistakes cannot be corrected after sending.
